Hugh and Maureen’s children, Carrick, Kirsty, and Graham, were raised with the same love for adventure and the same passion for business. As they grew up, they watched their parents build Sunrise Balloons from the ground up, learning about every aspect of the business along the way.

Today, Carrick is the Chief Pilot of Sunrise Balloons, with over 20 years of experience in hot air ballooning. He is an expert in navigating the skies over Queenstown and ensuring that every passenger has a safe and unforgettable experience. Kirsty is in charge of Operations and Bookings, managing the day-to-day activities of the business and ensuring that every passenger is well taken care of. Graham, with his IT expertise, ensures that Sunrise Balloons is always at the forefront of technology, making the booking process seamless and effortless for their customers.
